Do let go of the past, cherish the present, and walk with a smile into the future. Life is not easy, but we have the tools to overcome the barriers that stand in our way. Don’t let anyone destroy our dreams. Don’t let anyone steal your happiness.

1. Words are powerful, but actions and evidence are even more powerful.

2. When people hurt you, remember that what they choose to do is almost never about you – it’s about them.

3. Just because you have useful and effective advice for someone doesn’t mean that person is ready to hear it (or follow it).

4. You don’t have to be liked by everyone. But you do have to like yourself. ALWAYS.
