Ingredients

  • 3 kg sweet black grapes
  • 2 kg sugar
  • 500 g water
  • Juice of one lemon

Preparation

Grape jam does not require complex preparation methods. It is prepared like any fruit jam.

Start by washing the grapes thoroughly, in bunches. Do not remove the berries before washing because there is a possibility of water penetrating into them.

After washing, leave the grapes to drain in a sieve, then separate the berries from the clusters. When you have the grapes separated and well drained of water, you can prepare the syrup.
