The first step is germination: peel off the outer skin of each garlic clove and cut off the tip with a sharp knife.
Immerse the bottom of the cloves in water and the next day you’ll see the tiny little roots starting to emerge.
In just a few days, green shoots will appear and after a week you can plant them.
It’s essential to separate the cloves and plant them in nutrient-rich soil or in a place (such as a windowsill) where they will get enough light.
