Whether you follow a vegan diet or want to cut back on dairy, plant-based products can be an absolutely delicious choice for your morning wake-up drink. When we talk about plant-based milk, we don’t just mean soya milk, but also nut, oat, rice or even almond milk.

Each version contains protein, tastes delicious and you can choose whether to sweeten it or not. It is recommended that an adult consumes 700 ml of cow’s milk daily. To reach this amount, adding milk to coffee can be an ideal choice. Cow’s milk is a source of calcium, vitamin D and protein, regardless of the percentage of fat it contains. Goat milk can be an alternative.
