Tastes in pizza dough vary a lot. Some like it somewhat thicker; others want it thin and crunchy. Make your own pizza dough at home with this tasty recipe!
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 70 g oil
- 15 g fresh yeast or 3-4 g dried yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Mix the hot water with yeast and sugar, and wait for a while until it foams and rises.
Add the yeast to half of the flour, and then add the remaining flour gradually.
Add the oil, knead and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the dough with a little flour to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
Form circular sheets and add the ingredients to your taste. If you do not want to make separate pizzas, you can bake a single pizza in a larger baking tray.
