One of the best things about the holiday preparations is when the home is slowly fills with the scent of the Christmas tree and cinnamon, and we are taken back to those beautiful childhood Christmas memories. This year, you can bring back the Christmas spirit with a homemade fragrance!
An intense fragrance can be a real time travel, especially when it comes to Christmas. The smell of pine, cinnamon, meat roasted with apples, gingerbread candy, snow, wrapping paper – just one deep whiff and you’re by your childhood Christmas table.
This year, create your own Christmas fragrance. To do this, use a high-quality oil such as jojoba oil, mix it with a cup of water and put to boil in a saucepan.
Toss in several pieces of pine branch, cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel, or any aroma that means Christmas for you, and boil until you begin to smell the festive scent.
When ready, leave the fragrant pan on the stove or move it on a radiator. When the intensity of the fragrance diminishes, boil up the water again.
