If you feel the need for a little variety, try crisp, tasty garlic chicken breast. Your entire family will love them!
By using a simple method, you can surprise your family with perhaps the crispiest fried chicken fingers. Thanks to the garlic and yogurt marinade, the chicken breast underneath the crisp layer of crushed corn flakes will be juicy and soft, especially if you relax the meat in the fridge before frying. It is advisable to cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces.
- 600 g chicken breast
- 150 g corn flakes
- 200 ml yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- Oil for frying
Crush the cornflakes in the cup of a blender or place them into a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Wash the chicken breast, cut into smaller slices, dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, mix with the crushed garlic, and then roll in the chicken slices and place them in the fridge for an hour.
After the resting time is over, roll the chicken breasts into the crushed cornflakes, making sure to coat them evenly. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry both sides of the chicken fingers until golden brown. Remove from the hot oil and place onto paper towels.
