A combination of chicken and sausages mixed with creamy pasta, this spicy and delicious dish is ready in less than 15 minutes if you add pre-cooked chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 124 g browned sausages
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
- 480 ml cooking cream
- 400 g penne
- 110 g parmesan
- 10 g chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
Coat a pan with oil and sauté the chopped garlic cloves until slightly brown.
Add the sausages, mix, and the add the cubed chicken breasts and the Cajun spice mixture.
Stir a little and then add the cream. Stir again and leave on the heat until the mixture starts to boil, and then add the cooked pasta.
Mix well and add the parmesan and chopped parsley (for a stronger flavor). Stir and let it simmer until the Parmesan cheese melts.
