The chia pudding that helps you lose weight

If you want to get rid of extra pounds, prepare this pudding for breakfast. It helps you lose weight, gives you a feeling of satiety and stops your craving for sweets.

Ingredients

  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 180 ml vegetable or cow’s milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a dash of ground grind
  • a dash of sea salt

For the topping

  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh berries

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients for the pudding and mix well. Leave in the fridge overnight.
