The adorable four-eared kitten has become a big hit with internet users, with more than 140,000 followers on Instagram, a number that is growing by the day.
Born with four ears, the kitten is called Midas, has two big ears and two small ears due to a genetic mutation. Midas, a Russian Blue breed, is extremely cute with her green eyes and a grey coat.
Every day, Instagram fans eagerly wait to see more and more pictures of Midas.
The kitten was found on the street by her owners, who adopted her because they fell in love with her at first sight. Midas spends most of her time like a normal cat, sleeping, playing and being very much loved by her owners, who give her lots of cuddles.
There’s something else special about the cat: when she was born, she had a white heart-pattern on her belly, which was striking on the solid grey coat. Her best friends are two golden retriever dogs, 12-year-old Suzy and 14-year-old Zeyno, who are also family members.
Despite having four ears, experts say that this anomaly does not affect Midas’ hearing in any way.
“She is very playful and friendly. She sleeps a lot during the day and roams around all night,” said her owner.
Midas is pampered by everyone around her and is loved by her family.
