Do you remember the two singers of t.A.T.u., so popular over two decades ago? Take a look at their fresh photos

All The Things She Said and Not Gonna Get Us – the two hits that conquered the music charts in the early 2000s. The catchy pop songs were performed by the two young singers of t.A.T.u, Yulia Volkova and Lena Katyina. Over twenty years later, now they are preparing for their comeback.

The talented singers have both changed a lot. Volkova’s transformation is even more surprising, as she had plastic surgery procedures several times. As a result, one can hardly recognize the 40-year-old, black-haired singer. Katyina, also 40, who still captivates with her red hair, has also changed, but she is still quite recognizable.

So far, they have not shared any further details about their future plans or whether they are writing new songs.

They were active between 1999 and 2011, but their most successful period was clearly the early 2000s. Their debut album was released in 2001 under the title 200 по встречной, and then the same album was re-released a year later under the title 200 km/h in the Wrong Lane, which contained their songs in English. This album included All The Things She Said and Not Gonna Get Us.

People loved them not only in their homeland, Russia, but all over the world, although there was no shortage of haters either. In the music video for their song All The Things She Said, they played two lesbian girls, and their kiss was considered shocking in the early 2000s. It was later revealed that they were actually pretending to be in love for marketing purposes.

In 2005, they released their second album in English entitled Dangerous and Moving, but it was less successful than their debut album. 2009’s Waste Management was their last album, which also contained songs in English. They stopped performing entirely in 2011.

The two singers resumed touring in 2022, and will perform at the Mriya Resort Hotel in Crimea in July 2025.
