If you would like to bake something easy and without much hassle, choose potatoes baked in foil.
Baked potatoes with butter can become a winter favourite, but they are delicious in any season.
- About 6 medium potatoes
- Butter to taste
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh parsley
Wash the potatoes, wipe with a napkin and wrap in aluminum foil and place in a baking pan. You may choose to bake the potatoes without foil, but aluminum keeps the heat in and helps the potatoes bake faster.
Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake at high heat. After the potatoes are soft, remove from the foil and sprinkle with salt, diced butter and chopped parsley.
