Most sweets are forbidden for those who are intolerant to gluten; this recipe is an exception, as it is prepared without flour.
- 200 g chocolate flakes or chocolate bar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Melt the chocolate in microwave or over steam.
Beat the eggs for 6-7 minutes at the maximum speed of the mixer, and then add the baking powder.
Add the chocolate to the center of the egg mixture and continue to mix until well blended (1-2 minutes).
Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Cut the cake only after it cools.
